Megaptera have always aimed to make hard and powerful music. Always tried to mix dark atmospheric sounds with machinelike rhythms to form a soundtrack to some thing or other. There are no political opinions expressed by the band. No clear messages of change, or such, in their music. They are influenced mostly by movies, TV and news. And this is what their music is about. Megaptera is a reflection of a time where insanity, violence, lies, deceit, war, disease and death rules the planet. Are you prepared to hear what that sound like?
